PrimeCast ScreenGuard Support
ScreenGuard is designed for self-service setup inside Shopify Admin.
Before troubleshooting
Confirm the screen is paired, its private link has not been revoked, and the device has successfully loaded the catalog at least once.
Connection recovery
If a screen loses internet access after a successful load, it can continue showing its last saved catalog. Restore the connection to resume live status and catalog updates.
Catalog changes
Prices and availability come from Shopify. After changing a product, allow the catalog webhook or manual sync to refresh the display.
Account and billing
Plan access and screen limits are controlled by the ScreenGuard subscription attached to the Shopify store.
